Short Biography:

  • I studied computer science at the RWTH Aachen University and received my diploma (master) degree in June 2002
  • From June, 2002 on I worked as a system developer for Micos Security Systems (now Bosch Security Systems)
  • I started as a research assistant at the Chair for Computer Science 9 at April 2003

 

Research Interests:

 

Efficient Density Estimation for Knowledge Discovery in Databases, including:

  • anytime classification by efficient density estimation
  • clustering sequence databases
  • density based subspace clustering
